The Most Underrated Primitive in Business

A short note on what distribution looks like when it works.

Right now, out there in the wild, a founder is looking for capital. A lender has appetite and needs qualified borrowers. A wealth advisor wants access to liquidity events. A factory needs forlift operators to fill night shifts. These people don't lack intelligence. These people aren't lazy. They simply don't have access to the right partner, at the right time.

Within minutes, one message can begin a conversation between 2 parties who should have met months ago. A few days later, a role can be filled. A partnership can begin. A deal can proceed. A company can lock in a new growth milestone and value has been created, almost.... out of thin air.

Most operators think growth is created through force. But more often than not, growth is created through alignment — the right person, the right moment, the right context, the right... introduction.

It sounds almost too simple, but many meaningful outcomes in business begin this way.
